Missing 78-year-old Florissant woman found safe

FLORISSANT, MO (KTVI)- The St. Louis County Police Department has cancelled an Endangered Silver Advisory Alert for a missing woman from Florissant.

Mrs. Pearlene Campbell, 78, has been found.

Police say she left for her doctor’s appointment around 12:30 p.m. on July 11th from her home in Florissant. Her 1 p.m. appointment was at the Missouri Bone and Joint Center at 1000 Des Peres Road. She never arrived.

Mrs. Campbell’s burgundy 2010 Hyundai Accent, with a Missouri license plate number of MH1T7V, was last seen heading westbound on US 67 from New Halls Ferry at 3:00 p.m. Police say she called a family member and said she was lost on Manchester Road.

Mrs. Campbell suffers from dementia and does not have her medication with her.
