Eastbound I-70 closes after person struck in downtown St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A person struck by a vehicle caused a major traffic backup in downtown St. Louis. The accident closed eastbound lanes of I-70 in downtown St. Louis.

The St. Louis Fire Department tweets that the person is down and emergency crews are headed to the scene. The accident is near the North Broadway exit.
