ST. CHARLES, MO (KTVI)- The Megan Meier Foundation is set to open a new resource center Wednesday to help battle bullying and cyber-bullying. The facility will provide licensed counseling service to young people ages 19 and under.

More than 3.2 million students become targets of bullying each year. The foundation is named for Megan Meier, the Dardenne Prairie teen who was cyberbullied to the point of committing suicide ten years ago.
