ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- A candlelight vigil is planned for Clinton Vorce, the 12-year-old boy killed by a hit-and-run driver Tuesday night in south St. Louis.

It will begin at 8:30 p.m. Friday near the Bevo Mill.

Brayan Sosa,23, of south St. Louis, is now charged with involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident and felony tampering. Investigators say when police located the vehicle, they determined paint had been removed from the hood.  That's what led to the tampering charge.

Also part of the grill was missing.

Sosa's cash-only bond is set at a $500,000.
