THE WEATHER DISCO:
A very interesting weather set up the next 24 hours…the cool front from Friday evening has settled just to our south and along that front…the running board for a big and juicy tropical low pressure system riding up from the Gulf…up the Mississippi River valley…coming right up and over the STL area today. This is a big time rain maker…with the a widespread 1 to 3 inches but from STL and points south and east rainfall amounts will be in the 4 to 6 inch range…resulting in flash flooding on the Meramec River and small streams and creeks…and on some roadways…please stay up to date and alert…the big wet kicks east on Tuesday…by the afternoon…warmer back to average temps mid and late week…the northwest flow sends another wet run at us Friday night and Saturday.
