(KTVI) - Dozens of organizations from the St. Louis area are heading to the state capitol in Jefferson City Wednesday to rally against Senate Bill 656. It would allow people to legally carry hidden, loaded handguns in public without a permit or training. Governor Jay Nixon vetoed the measure last June. However, lawmakers could overturn Nixon's veto during their annual veto override session. The National Rifle Association has called the override its top national legislation priority.
