Child Passenger Safety Week: Self-installing car seats

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- It’s Child Passenger Safety Week. According to the research, four out of five parents install their car seat incorrectly.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says correctly using a car seat can reduce the risk of injury or death by 71 percent for an infant and 5 percent for a toddler.
