ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – If this political season is driving you mad, a local driving range is inviting customers to relieve their stress by aiming for some political targets.

The First Tee driving range in south St. Louis County has photos of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump approximately 60 yards away from the tee boxes. The driving range used targets of presidential candidates in 2012.

“Everybody loved it,” said owner Paula Muck. “Here we go again, four years later. We’re going to do it and so far everybody’s enjoyed it.”

Former St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Scott Terry was among the golfers taking aim at the targets.

“It would help me with my golf game if they were a little bit bigger,” Terry said.

“It’s all just in fun,” said Muck. “Honestly, nobody reveals who they’re voting for or who they’re not.”

Terry hopes the targets will help his golf game.

“Guy told me one time: if you aim at nothing you’ll hit nothing,” he said.

Golfer John Varadian said the targets are real attention grabber. He saw them for the first time Friday.

“I loved it,” said Varadian.

The First Tee driving range is at 6286 Lemay Ferry and is open 7 days a week.
