LADUE, MO (KTVI) - One of the biggest homes in the St. Louis area is on the market for the first time ever.

The multi-million dollar mansion, known as the Chateau Deux Sources, is located in Ladue, not far from Interstate 64. The residence boasts more than 30,000-square feet of living space on 4 acres and has more amenities than we could put in writing.

Features include a two-lane bowling alley, a racquetball court, a spa and salon, and a private movie theater that seats 16 people comfortably.

The current owner is asking $10.75 million for the property.
