School bus accident in north St. Louis; three students on board

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Five people suffered minor injuries after a school bus and vehicle collided in north city on Monday morning.

The accident happened just before 6:30 a.m. at Cass Avenue near Tucker, located just north of downtown.

The driver of the vehicle, the driver of the school bus, and three students were examined by responding EMTs.

According to Patrick Wallace, spokesman for St. Louis Public Schools, the bus was headed to an alternative program at the facility formerly known as Beaumont High School.
