ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – One of the things people often don’t realize when binge watching TV or staring at computer screen is how they’re sitting is affecting their back.

Chiropractor Dr. Alex Vidan discusses ways to avoid back pain while binge watching a show and how it truly impacts your body to sit in a position for too long.

Watching TV can cause weight gain because when you see food commercials or shows you often want to eat what you’re watching.

Recliner can be bad because you put your head forward while watching TV.
