ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- The road to adulthood can be a rocky one and getting through adolescence can be especially tough. Raising sons to become responsible men can be a challenge for some parents, but there is help.

Clayton Lessor, Founder of The Quest Project, joined us on the morning show to explain.

The Quest Project is an intensive 10-week group program that helps troubled adolescent boys overcome their challenges and learn to be healthy, responsible young men.

Lessor offers parents help and hope through the book, Saving Our Sons.
