BELLEVILLE, IL (KTVI)- The Belleville Area Humane Society invites you and your four-legged friends to the Howl’oween Pet Parade on Sunday, October 30th. On the corner of West Main and 9th, humans and dogs alike will haunt the streets as adoptable dogs march along in their spookiest and cutest Halloween costumes. After the parade, the Humane Society will also host a street festival that will feature music, local vendors, as well as food and fun for the family. Attendees and their pets are encouraged to dress up and participate in the festival’s Halloween costume contest.

The Pet Parade begins at 1 P.M. Those interested in participating can register in advance online or at the event at 12:15 P.M.
