Exchange leftover Halloween candy for good cause at HealthWorks! Kids Museum

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Have lots of leftover candy from Halloween scattered throughout your house?  HealthWorks! Kids Museum invites you and your kiddos to join in a fun candy exchange this weekend.

Dr. Kourtenay Green, Lead Health Educator, asks trick-or-treaters to bring their unopened remaining candy to the Healthworks! Kids Museum in this year's "Great Candy Exchange" on Sunday, November 6 from 12 P.M. - 4 P.M.  at 1100 Macklind Ave.  St. Louis, MO.  Candy given will be exchanged for the chance to win various healthy prizes.  And a bonus?  Candy collected will be sent to the U.S. Military.

Dr. Green shares a sugar demonstration with FOX 2 that reveals the daily recommended intake of sugar for children compared to the sugar intake from basic servings of candy.
