ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Deer hunting season is underway in Missouri and Illinois and Lisa Hart was live at G & W Sausage Company to see what happens after you’ve bagged your buck.

G & W Meat and Bavarian Style Sausage Company’s Bob and Bill Wanninger give a peak into the production of their sausages.

G & W Meat keeping the traditions alive with the 30 different varieties of Bavarian-style sausage, from bratwurst and liverwurst to their locally famous Landjager beef stick. They also have German specialties, sausage, bratwurst, deli meats, condiments, and more!

Their products has also been sold any many festivals and local attractions including Grant’s Farm and Gus’s Pretzels.
