Bishop talks coping with post election stress

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – People are still trying to get over the shock of the presidential election a couple of weeks ago.

Bishop Geoffrey V. Dudley, Sr. has tips of ways to deal with concerns and reactions to the presidential election. People have felt fear, despair, and elation and he wants to help people focus on how they can get engaged with the outcome in a positive light.

Bishop Dudley suggests getting involved in a non-profit organization to redirect your feelings.

He is a senior pastor from New Life in Christ Interdenominational Church in O`Fallon, Illinois.

Bishop Dudley is a trained counselor with a masters in human relations. He also has a divinity doctorate and is working on his second doctorate degree.
