ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- It’s Tuesday and that means it’s time to Train with Mike Wayne! The fitness expert joined Dan Gray to discuss green eating on Thanksgiving Day.

Mike tells us how to enjoy our holiday meal without feeling guilty.


  1. Eat a green plate, first
  2. Run 5 or 6 miles before eating dinner
  3. Stay hydrated
  4. Fast for 16 to 24 hours before Thanksgiving Dinner
