Allegiant to increase flights out of MidAmerica Airport in 2017

MASCOUTAH, IL (KTVI)- Allegiant Air  plans to increase the number of flights from MidAmerican St. Louis Airport starting Spring 2017.  In April, service to Destin/Fort Walton and Sanford/Orlando will increase to five days a week, up from two. Flights to Punta Gorda/Fort Myers and St. Pete/Tampa each increase to three days a week from two.

Flights to Las Vegas and Jacksonville will remain at two flights each week.

With the increase, the airport will average two departures and 299 seats per day, which represents a 58.8 percent increase.
