Pedestrian path may connect Cortex and Grove neighborhoods

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - A plan is in the works to build a pedestrian and bike corridor to connect the Cortex tech district and the Grove neighborhood.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the Koman Group wants to connect it's Chouteau's Grove mixed-use project on Manchester avenue.. and its recently purchased 3.3 acre redevelopment site in Cortex. The quarter-mile route along south Sarah street will have new lighting, landscaping, street art, sculptures, murals and dedicated bikeways.
