TROY, MO (KTVI) - Inmates and employees at the Lincoln County Jail worked overnight and well in today to fix a water line break that left a lot of water covering the jail recreation room floor. The Sheriff's Department says using inmates, who volunteered to help, likely saved taxpayers about $20,000 in labor and materials.
