Mike Wayne says he primarily eats plant based, natural food such as colorful fruits and vegetables like mangoes, bell peppers and spinach as well as plant based meat products like Beyond Meat burger patties. Also, Wayne drinks almond milk instead of regular cow-milk, which is high in protein.
