Four men shot south of Forest Park

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Four men were shot overnight just south of Forest Park. It happened around 1:30am Sunday.  The victims said they were exiting eastbound I-44 at Hampton when someone in a maroon or red Nissan began firing shots at them before fleeing.

A 22-year old victim got out of the car, but three victims, 21, 22, and 19-years old respectively, drove to a nearby gas station in the 1100 block of Hampton Avenue and called police. The 21-year old had a graze would to the hip. The 22-year old had been shot in the back. The 19-year old was uninjured.

The fourth victim later called police from Hampton and Eveline. He had sustained a gunshot wound to the hip.

All the victims are listed as stable at area hospitals. The investigation is ongoing.
