Marathon running training tips

ST. LOUIS - There still some time left this race season, and as the weather changes, you need to make sure you're training properly in order to avoid injury. With the weather getting colder, make sure to dress in layers. Also, wear reflective gear if you're running when it's dark so you can be seen by cars and cyclists. Make sure to do a dynamic warm up prior to your training runs and stretch afterwards.
