World War II veteran’s headstone found in a North City Alley

ST. LOUIS – A headstone from a man who served in World War II is found behind a home in north St. Louis.

The World War II veteran who was born in 1922 and died in 1943.  Somehow his headstone found its way to an alley where Samariah and her brother Shemir found it while playing.
