Weber Grill celebrates ‘National Burger Month’ with St. Louis inspired dish

ST. LOUIS - May is "National Burger Month." How is Weber celebrating national hamburger day this Monday?  The Weber Grill restaurant at the St. Louis Galleria will offer a chef-inspired burger created by Executive Chef Nick Freije, available at lunch only throughout May.

For each burger ordered during the month, 10-percent of the proceeds will benefit SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children`s Hospital. Chef Freije was motivated by the rich french-inspired history of St. Louis, so he crafted the 'fleur-de-lis' burger ($14) which features two cajun spiced patties, melted brie cheese, house smoked tasso ham, spicy rémoulade, bib lettuce, cajun fries, a fresh jalapeno skewer and a brioche bun.
