Blueberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
· 1 cup blueberries
· 1 cup olive oil
· 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
· Water as needed
Adobo Marinade
· ½ onion
· 3 garlic cloves
· 2 tbsp adobo sauce
· 2 tbsp chili powder
· 1 tsp cumin
· 1 tsp oregano
· 1 tbsp salt
· ½ tsp pepper
