‘All clear’ given after Lincoln County Courthouse bomb threat

TROY, Mo. – Authorities gave the “all clear” following a bomb threat for the Lincoln County Courthouse and Justice Center.

The threat was called into Lincoln County 911 around 2 p.m. Thursday.

The buildings were evacuated and bomb-sniffing dogs were called in to help check the buildings. No threat was discovered and the buildings were cleared shortly after 3:30 p.m.

Courthouse employees were sent home for the rest of the day.
