ST. LOUIS –  Chef Kyle Parks, L’École Culinaire Instructor joined Kim Hudson in the FOX 2 kitchen for some delicious Lemon treats!


1 ¾ cups sugar
8 Cups water
1 ½ Cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
Fresh sliced lemons

Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette (for traditional Greek Salad) 
¼ cup
Fresh lemon juice
2 T Minced shallot
2 Tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tsp. Sugar
¾ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Black pepper
½ Cup Salad oil

3 roma tomatoes
1 medium red onion
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
16 olives (black or Kalamata)
7 ounces feta cheese
2 ounces extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp. fresh oregano
Salt to taste
