The new phenomena of ‘lawnmower parenting’

ST. LOUIS — You've likely heard of "helicopter parents," when a parent hovers, like a helicopter, over their child and swoops in at the first sign of trouble. Move over and make way for "lawnmower parents."

Dr. Ken Haller is a SLUCare pediatrician with SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital and is here this morning to talk more about this growing trend we're seeing with parents.
