ST. LOUIS-  The testimony Christine Blasey Ford gave before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday about her alleged sexual assault by Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh captivated viewers across America.  For many survivors of sexual assault and trauma, her account triggered painful personal memories.
