St. Louis hosts chess championship for 11th consecutive year

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The 2019 United States Chess Championships are in full swing and St. Louis is hosting the tournament for the 11th consecutive year.

St. Louis is considered to be the "chess capital of the United States" and every year the best of the best head to the St. Louis Chess Club in hopes of winning a national title and nearly $2,000.
