Get a full body workout with Cason’s ‘body blaster’

ST. LOUIS – Cason from C3 Fitness  stopped by to show us his "body blaster" workout routine.

Repeat for 3 sets:
  • Burpee with triceps rows at the bottom and a shoulder press at the top (10 reps)
  • Burpee with pushup at the bottom and 2 bicep curls at the top, one regular, one hammer curl (10 reps)
  • Up-Up Down-Down Planks (10 reps- switch leading hand after 5)
