Repeat for 3 sets:
- Burpee with triceps rows at the bottom and a shoulder press at the top (10 reps)
- Burpee with pushup at the bottom and 2 bicep curls at the top, one regular, one hammer curl (10 reps)
- Up-Up Down-Down Planks (10 reps- switch leading hand after 5)
