ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Next week will mark the longest economic expansion in US history.

Scott Colbert, Chief Economist for Commerce Trust Company is in the studio this morning to talk about the historic event.

There has been economic growth for 121 months in a row now and unemployment is at a 50 year low. This is longer than the expansion in the 1960s and 1990s.
