ST. LOUIS - If you crave caffeine to get you through the day,  and then try to take a 10 or 15-minute nap you're not alone. About 68% of Americans in 2006 said they were hooked on coffee, according to the National Coffee Association.

Nurse Practitioner Loretta Colvin with SSM Health Sleep Disorders Center at St. Mary's Hospital joined FOX 2  to discuss caffeinated naps.
