The pros and cons of caffeinated napping, explained

ST. LOUIS - If you crave caffeine to get you through the day,  and then try to take a 10 or 15-minute nap you're not alone. About 68% of Americans in 2006 said they were hooked on coffee, according to the National Coffee Association.
