HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)- With only 8 weeks until swimsuit season. Everybody is rushing to to get their body ready. So to get lean you want get in full body workouts 4-5 times per week. Here is a great dumbbell workout to get a full body pump. Do each exercise in the circuit for 12-15 repetitions each.

  • Front squats
  • Shoulder press
  • Bent-over rows
  • Chest press stability ball chest press
  • Ball sit-ups
