HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)-   Exercising alone isn't enough to be in great shape. Eating well is equally as important, which is why Arthur Shivers shared his nutrition tips with FOX2 News in the Morning. One key he says is prepping meals in an advance so you aren't tempted to make bad choices when you are in a rush later on.
