HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)- Arthur Shivers from Generation III Fitness often joins us on FOX 2 News Sunday mornings. This week it is all about resistance exercise to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance. What can you use for that external resistance? Lots of things: dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, your body weight, bottles of water, even bricks.
