Over 60 percent of American workers say their jobs are a very significant source of stress and it is leading to an increase in heart disease, insomnia, obesity, hypertension, depression and decreasing your life expectancy.
Some tips that Dr. Lee shares include finding a quiet place, having good and nutritional snacks on hand, stretch throughout the day, and include bananas into your daily diet.
