It’s National Ravioli Day and to help us celebrate, Executive Chef Jay Witte from Brio Tuscan Grille in Frontenac, was on hand to talk ravioli.   Legend has it that toasted ravioli was invented in St. Louis, Chef Witte gives his thoughts on the origin of toasted ravioli and what Brio Tuscan Grille is planning for Easter.
