Round 1:

6 Mid-grip pushups
4 Wide grip pushups

Round 2:

6 Decline pushups
4 Diamond pushups

Round 3:

6 Incline pushups
4 Wide grip pushups

Round 4:

6 Pushups with rotations
4 Diamond pushups

Complete all round then rest 2 minutes. Repeat 3, 5, or 7 times depending on fitness ability
