High Knees – 3 sets, 60 seconds

Bicycle crunches – 3 sets, 45 secs

Flutter kicks – 3 sets, 45 seconds

Pistol squats – 3 sets, 60 seconds

Plank rotations – 3 sets, 30 seconds per side

Swimmers – 3 sets, 45 seconds

Plank Reach Through – 3 sets, 45 seconds

Squat Dumbbell Oblique Raises – 3 sets, 30 seconds per side

Forward lunge with twist – 3 sets, 45 seconds

Plank – 3 sets, 30 seconds
