ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Cason, the founder of C3 Fitness, visits the show to demonstrate his Spiderman workout in honor of the new film, Spider: Far From Home.

Spiderman workout:

Beginner – 3 set; Intermediate – 5 sets; Experienced – 7 sets

Rest up to 2 minutes between sets

  • 20 Climbers
  • 10 Spiderman pushups
  • 10 Plank jump-ins
  • 20 Squats
  • 20 second Push-up plank
  • 10 Alternating arm/leg plank
  • 20 Sitting twists
  • 10 Knee crunches
