ST. LOUIS – Tiffany Davis, director of neighborhood services at St. Louis Public Library, came to the studio to promote their Black History Month events. From traveling exhibits to live performances, the library is offering 25 events throughout the month that honor and bring awareness to the struggles of African-Americans.
