WEBSTER GROVES, MO (KTVI)-National Ice Cream Day was established in 1984 by President Ronald Reagan and is celebrated each year on the 3rd Sunday in July as part of National Ice Cream Month. That makes the big day, Sunday, July 19, 2015!

At Serendipity Ice Cream in Webster Groves, they are celebrating with “Sundae Funday!” There will be ice cream sundae specials all day, an appearance by radio station 96.3 NOW from 2-4pm, and Silly Jilly the balloon artist from 6-8pm.

Serendipity is located at 8130 Big Bend Blvd. in Webster Groves.
