ST. LOUIS – Arthur Shivers from G3 Fitness joined us once again on Sunday morning.

Shivers wants viewers to bump up weight and challenege themselves with a full-body workout. These excercises are able to simutaneously work on various muscles.

For example, excercises like lunges trasitioning into curls are complex. They work out your arms, hips, and legs. Shivers also urges viewers to remain hydrated through the day.
