St. Louis chef Brian Hale runs Clayton’s Coastal Bar & Bistro, Bocci Bar and BARcelona.  Now the chef has a new concept that he is bringing to the table.  Hale will be presenting special four-course meals .

Hale will be doing a pop-up dinner at Bocci Bar on April 12th. This will be the first location what will be monthly  culinary events.
