St. Louis, MO (KTVI) 0 A 17-year-old shot to death in Florida in what the shooter, a neighborhood watch captain,  calls self-defense. For the better part of the month momentum has been building for charges to be filed against the shooter.

Now a nationwide outcry is it forcing the investigation's hand. Does it force them to pursuse a case where they may not have enough evidence?
