Critics debate whether a Missouri law criminalizes people living with HIV

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - It's been more than 30 years since HIV, the virus that causes aids, was first discovered.

In that time, scientists have made incredible progress in treatment and prevention.

A Missouri law, however, could be hindering the efforts of those working so hard to stomp out the virus.

This morning, Dr. Jeffrey McCune a professor of women, gender and sexuality studies at Washington University, joins FOX 2 to discuss the law.
