MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO (KTVI)- St. Luke’s Hospital is ready to turn the Ritz-Carlton into a dance club with the Spirit of Women Day of Dance. Ladies can learn new fitness dance routines. They can also stretch out tired muscles with T’ai Chi lessons.
Women may want to get their health screenings at the event before they hit the floor. They want accurate readings on their tests, and this event promises to get their hearts pumping.

Organizers want women to walk away with fun ways to cut the risk for heart disease, stroke, and other problems.
The event is free. The screenings are free. There is special pricing for anyone wanting to spend the night at the Ritz. But, registration is limited.
