ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The 4th is around the corner. Although 80 percent of emergency room injuries involve legal fireworks and the most victims are children ages 5-14.
Washington University Ophthalmologist Dr. Gil Grand joins us again this year to discuss firework safety including special precautions one should consider for their eyes when lighting up those sparklers and bottle rockets.
